A few simple guidelines keep Vedhya calm, clean and fair for everyone. Please read them before your visit.

Rules & Regulations

  • Maintain Silence: Keep the floor quiet to ensure a focused and respectful environment for all.
  • Switch Off Electricals: Turn off electricals when not in use — helping conserve energy and protect the environment.
  • No Outsiders Allowed: Entry is restricted to registered members only.
  • Meals in Cafeteria: Breakfast and lunch must be consumed in the cafeteria to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Hygiene in Washrooms: Keep washrooms clean and hygienic for everyone's convenience.
  • Clean Your Desk: Leave your desk tidy after use for the next member.
  • Use Dustbins: Dispose of garbage responsibly in designated dustbins.
  • No Phone Calls: No phone calls on the study floor to maintain focus.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, contact the Management or Floor Supervisor.
  • Plan Renewal: Renew your plan before the end of the existing subscription to avoid disruption.
  • Feedback & Suggestions: Share your suggestions or complaints freely to help us improve.

Fire Safety Guidelines

  • Use Stairs Only: In case of fire, do not use lifts; always evacuate via stairs.
  • No Gathering: Avoid crowding near exits or staircases for smooth evacuation.
  • Follow Exit Signs: Move calmly towards the nearest marked emergency exit.
  • Fire Extinguishers: Use extinguishers only if trained and safe to do so.
  • Report Hazards: Immediately inform the Supervisor or Management if you notice any fire risk.
  • Stay Calm: Do not panic; cooperate with staff and follow instructions during evacuation.
  • No Re-entry: Do not re-enter the building until clearance is given by authorities.
  • Keep Exits Clear: Ensure exits remain unobstructed at all times.
